How much ammonia would it take to change a pH of 2?

Im doing a college biology project where we have to come up with our own experiments. I've looked everywhere and can't find the answer, and poison control couldn't help me. I want to know how much ammonia is lethal if ingested, how much ammonia would it take to change a pH of 2 to a base pH.How much ammonia would it take to change a pH of 2?
There are three things that will affect the answer. Is the solution with the pH of 2 buffered? If it is, that will increase the amount of ammonia needed. How concentrated is the solution with a pH of 2? If it is very concentrated, more ammonia will be needed. What is the concentration of your ammonia solution? The higher the concentration, the less you will need. How much ammonia would it take to change a pH of 2?
Conc. must change from [OH-] = 10^-12 to 10^-7

That corresponds to a change of pH from 2 to 7.
