like i pour some tapwater into a cup with a ph of like 7 (this is hypothetical) how do i change it to an 8 or 7.5 or a 4? I know its possible so if your just going to say you can't...How do you change pH level of tapwater making it more basic or acidic? Anyway works please!?
In industry, we add sodium hydroxide (NaOH) to make it basic. Add sulfuric acid to increase acidity.

If your water has a pH of 7, you can make it more basic by adding something like Sodium or just Lemon Juice
You can make it more acidic by adding something like Ethanoic Acid
