What happends to the acidty of white wine exposed to air?

I need to know how the PH of white wine would change when exposed to airWhat happends to the acidty of white wine exposed to air?
The white wine would oxidize first to an aldehyde then to a carboxylic acid, namely acetic acid. The pH of the wine would therefore drop, (acids have a lower pH than the neutral 7.0) but it would not drop too much because acetic acid is only a mild acid with a pH of around 4.76.
